The map
The KorriGo Services card is a personal and named card that allows you to benefit from several services on your Guingamp-Paimpol Mobilité network.
With this card, you can load single tickets, books of 10 trips, and subscriptions (annual and monthly), but also use tickets on other partner networks in Brittany (BreizhGo TER and coaches, or urban networks).
For each trip, simply validate the card on the validator.
Create a KorriGo card
Where can I create the KorriGo card?
You can create the KorriGo Services card in an agency or by filling out the form and sending it by mail. The form must be completed with the information of the person requesting the card.
The form is available in a paper version at the branch and can be filled out on site.
Which card should I choose?
There are two types of KorriGo Services cards:
The identifiable personal KorriGo Services card. It is printed with certain personal information (first name, last name, and photo) and your date of birth is stored on it. It is valid for several years and is rechargeable.
The declarative KorriGo Services card. This card is also personal, but your customer profile is not recorded on it. These limitations mean that this card does not allow you to benefit from discounts (under-26 rates or solidarity rates). In case of loss or theft, its contents cannot be restored.
General information
In case of loss, theft or damage
In the event of loss, theft, or damage, a fee of €8 will be requested to issue a duplicate in-branch.
If your KorriGo card was issued by a network other than Guingamp-Paimpol Mobilité, you must request a duplicate from the network that issued the card.
In case of malfunction
In the event of a malfunction and, only if you can present the card when making the request at the agency, a duplicate can be made free of charge.
First edition and organic renewal
The first edition of the card is free. The renewal of the card after five years is also free.
